Join Possobilities and Scotland Versus Arthritis 5-week Living Well Programme. Meet with like-minded people, share your story and get the support and tools you need to manage your condition and live your life the way you want to.
Each week the sessions will run for 10am - 1pm, beginning on Wednesday 31st January 2024 - Wednesday 28th February 2024. These sessions will be a safe space to share and learn together and there will be biscuits and a cuppa too!
