Festive opening hours 2022-23

Christmas is just around the corner. The decorations are going up as we speak and Christmas lunches and dinner are in full swing.

As we head towards the festive period, we wanted to make sure our tenants and customers are aware of our opening hours over the upcoming festive period and how to get in touch with us should they need to.

Should we experience freezing or adverse conditions, please be assured that we have our winter adverse weather plan in plan with ng2 to ensure:

• Existing services (close cleaning and bulk) are maintained as far as reasonably practical.
• Deliver alternative services to ensure that tenants/residents are given every possible assistance in terms of snow clearing/gritting etc. to minimise risk in particular to the elderly, infirm or vulnerable people.
