Free wellbeing sessions on offer to Glasgow postcodes this February

Looking forward to the end of winter and starting to see some small signs of spring arriving? Some people may need a wee lift more than others at this time of year, providing a focus and support. Topics covered range from motivation to relaxing, coping with change or stress, boosting self-esteem or financial wellbeing.

Online group wellbeing sessions are being offered by Lifelink which may help give a lift and make a difference to your day.

The sessions are available to all adults living in a Glasgow City Council postcode and each session lasts for approximately 90 minutes.
