ng homes launches new online housing application form

ng homes applicants now have access to an online, interactive housing application.

ng homes have recently launched the new online housing application form in partnership with Kiswebs, a housing sector web and app designer.

Applicants to ng homes can now select to complete and submit their application – as well as upload supporting documentation - using the user-friendly form on a range of mobile devices.

The latest development increases the range of digital services available to applicants, tenants and residents and has been designed to make it as easy as possible to complete. The online application form has received highly positive feedback so far with a growing number of applicants choosing to use the new digital route rather than the traditional paper application form.

Lynne Cooper, Director of Housing Services at ng homes, was delighted with the launch saying “We are always looking at ways to grow and improve the services ng homes offers.
