As a Customer Services Officer, you'll deliver top-notch service to our tenants and customers within a Call Centre environment. Your role will involve assisting with clerical and administrative tasks, with a special focus on Repairs, as well as across all Housing activities.
As a Customer Services Officer, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring our customers' needs are met swiftly and efficiently.
You will provide a courteous, sensitive and responsive service and deal with enquiries by telephone in line with our Customer Care Policy and target response times.
We're seeking someone who is passionate about customer service, with stellar communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and empathetic demeanor, with the ability to stay calm and composed in challenging situations. Prior experience in a customer service role, particularly within a call centre environment, would be beneficial.
