Our offices will be closing over the holidays
Not long until the Christmas holidays are here - just a few short days! As we look forward towards the festive period, we wanted to share a quick reminder that our offices in Springburn (Ned Donaldson House) and Possilpark (Saracen House) will be close Friday 22 December at 12.30pm and open Monday 8 January 2024 at 9am.
We will be here to help if you need us - please contact 0141 560 6000 if you have an emergency where our Concierge team will be able to help.

If you are looking to contact ng homes through our social media pages, please note that our social media team will be taking a break over the holidays. Any messages sent to our social media channels will be answered upon our return Monday 8 January.
Don't forget - there's lots of information, advice and tips available on our website including services available on the festive period, changes to bin collection/benefit payments and more.Please be assured that we have our winter adverse weather plan in place with ng2 to ensure:
- Existing services (close cleaning and bulk) are maintained as far as reasonably practical.
- Deliver alternative services to ensure that tenants/residents are given every possible assistance in terms of snow clearing/gritting etc. to minimise risk in particular to the elderly, infirm or vulnerable people.
