Join us at the ng homes Community Information & Advice Open Day 27 Feb 2024!
Mark those calendars! Our next (ng homes) Community Information and Advice Open Day will be Tuesday 27 February 2024 from 11am-3pm at Saracen House, Possilpark.
What is the event?
Come along and meet with local/community advice and support organisations who can help you with benefits, finances, questions about energy and more.
Attendees include:

- Jobs & Business Glasgow
- Glasgow Baby Food Bank
- Differabled
- ng homes
- local organisations and services
One-on-one sessions with HEAT advisors will be available throughout the day. The energy advice service offers ng homes tenants access to a wide range of services, including assistance with billing issues, applying for funding to help with energy debt, switching energy suppliers, and obtaining accurate meter readings.
Additionally, tenants can receive guidance on applying for the Warm Home Discount as well as energy-saving advice to help reduce energy consumption and lower utility costs.

Find out what is going on in your community and meet a variety of support agencies and local organisations - all in one room. A great chance to ask any questions you may have - and to learn more about what's available and how to get involved in your community. Tea, coffee and hot food will be available.
Where and when is it?
The Open Day will be taking place Tuesday 27 February 2024 at Saracen House, 139 Saracen Street, Possilpark, G22 5AZ from 11am – 3pm. No appointments required.
This event is open to the public and all are welcome. Free hot food and drinks will be available throughout the day.
