“Glasgow grannies” want to dance their way to new Community Centre

Viral sensation the dancing Glasgow Grannies want to use their new found fame to raise money for a new community centre at Possilpoint. The current facility is a little dilapidated and hosts the Grannies for a weekly dance club along with numerous other community events.

ng homes Board Member and Chair of ng2 Margaret Thomson was recognised for her years of hard work for the North Glasgow community at the Partick Thistle vs Aberdeen football match on Saturday 26th August. This is part of Partick Thistle's Community Champion initiative, in partnership with Maryhill McDonalds.
